Ali MacGraw

Ali MacGraw also known by her stage name Elizabeth Alice MacGraw has been as a performer, model and advocate for animal rights in the United States. She is renowned for her movies like Love Story (1970) Goodbye Columbus (1969) and The Getaway (1972). In New York, she was born and raised into an artistic family. When she was assistant to photographers She turned her focus to acting and modeling. Her first two movies were noticed and she received the Golden Globe Award of Most Promising newcomer. The MacGraw's Love Story from 1970 was an enormous success that earned her fame worldwide, as well as an Academy Award nominee and Golden Globe Award. In just three films MacGraw was named the most successful female at the box office in history. In 1972, her footprints along with her signature were engraved on the wall of Grauman's Chinese Theater. Alongside The Getaway Convoy Players she played a part in the tv series The Winds of War. Moving Pictures is her autobiography released in 1991. MacGraw's been married three different times.
